Tue June 16, 2020: 10:00AM – 4:00PM
Wed June 17, 2020: 10:00AM – 4:00PM
Setup: Monday June 15, 2020
Arrivals: We recommend that Exhibitors arrive no later than Monday, June, 15, 2020.

Booth Set up will begin on Monday, June 15, 2020 at 10 am
Expo Day ONE - Tuesday, June 16, 2020
6:00am – 8:30am – Booth Set-up - booth must be ready by 8:30am
8:30am - 9:15am - Exhibitors will be given a briefing and badges / Coffee/Tea.
12:00pm - 12:30pm - Lunch-break (you may eat in your booth)
13:15 - 14:15 VIP Seminars - ALL EXHIBITORS MUST ATTNED - held across the exhibit hall (same location)
(booth must be occupied by exhibit personal at all times)

DAY ONE - Evening VIP Reception - Welcome Meet & Greet (by invitation only) 9PM
Expo Day TWO - Wednesday, June 17, 2020
9:00am – 9:30am – Booth Set-up - booth must be ready by 9:45am
9:15am - 9:45 Exhibitors will be given a briefing Coffee/Tea.
12:00pm - 12:30pm - Lunch-break (you may eat in your booth)
13:15 - 14:15 VIP Seminars - ALL EXHIBITORS MUST ATTNED - held across the exhibit hall (same location)

Shipping: Exhibitor materials must be shipped to the address below for arrival within two days prior to the Expo, To arrive no later then Friday, June 11, 2020

Note: please mark each carton with your company name & Israel Innovation Expo.
Presentations: Any and all speakers, presenters, and exhibitor must provide their own computers and related items (flash-drives, screens, USB cables etc,). Expo management will provide at Seminar Room only screen, microphone and podium. Your speaking engagement you will be part of a 4-5 VIP panel of speakers and each will have up to 5-10 minutes presentation about their organization and contribution to innovation. At the end of seminar there will be a Q&A. You will have screen, projector and podium to present, you’ll be presenting to about 100-120 guests and VIP’s. You’ll send us your PP presentation 15 days prior to the event.
Booth: Each booth will have Electricity, WIFI, table, 2 chairs, and Exhibitors can display their computers on their table.
Logo Exhibitors and Sponsors: Exhibitor & Sponsors must provide their company logo in EPS & PDF High- Resolution (300dpi) Format immediately with joining the Expo.
Food & Beverage: Expo management will provide a complimentary water and coffee stations will be open throughout Expo hours.
Give-a-ways: Any and all speakers, presenters, and exhibitor may provide attendees with free marketing collateral, flyers, etc,. Expo management can provide several paid distribution channels, i.e., Show-Bag insert, Seminar insert and others. Please informs us with your request no later then 4/15/20 - See pricing at EXHIBIT page.
Marketing & Branding: You may bring your own signage/banners etc,. You can order our “Show Special” You can order our “Show Special” Roll-up banner at $240 (size 33 inches wide x 80 inches high) included all (see image) just provide us with an EPS format (300dpi hi-res artwork) we’ll take care of the rest and it will be delivered to your booth.
Get Noticed: If you’d like to add exposure to your company with an insert to Show Bag, the cost in only $280 - space is limited (you supply the 8.5” x 11” printed flyer, give-a-way or insert).
Accommodations: Visit the Hotel page TBA on our website (exhibitor page-tabs) and book your room(s) today. Inform the hotel reservationist that you're affiliated with the ISRAEL INNOVATION EXPO & receive our preferred rate
Parking: Each exhibitor or attendees is responsible for their parking fees, you may park at hotel parking or other public paid parking in the surrounding areas.
Synagogue: For those who would like to use local synagogue for daily services TBA
Kosher Restaurants: TBA - Please MAKE SURE to confirm Kashrut certificate.
Make sure to bring brochures, business cards, all your booth content and any give-a-ways you’d like to distribute at Expo. All payment must be paid in full prior to the Expo, by April 20, 2020.
Rules & Regulations: All exhibitors, attendees, and participants who join the expo or enter the exhibit hall, must adhere to Expo rules and regulations.
